SpaceDAO正在積極探索web3技術之於大眾的應用、民主藝術的社會實驗，我們希望可以承擔起這樣的使命，為少數群體發聲並提供支援，拓展區塊鏈世界多元的文化圖景。
過去幾個月裡，SpaceDAO以社區為單位陸陸續續舉辦了一系列跟社會議題、地球關懷以及藝術探索相關的活動。在跟這些群體交談的過程中我們發現，很多群體在積極地做各種探索和實踐，卻苦於找不到合適的發聲渠道，能夠吸引更多人關注和接納他們；亦或是，那些尚未擁有很大名氣的藝術創作者有很棒的作品和創作理念，卻掙扎於如何將它傳播出去，以獲得更多關注度和喜愛。現在，似乎大眾總是習慣於把更多目光放在知名的藝術創作者上，這也讓破圈之路變得更為艱難。
SpaceDAO正在積極探索web3技術之於大眾的應用、民主藝術的社會實驗，我們希望可以承擔起這樣的使命，為少數群體發聲並提供支援，拓展區塊鏈世界多元的文化圖景。以下是我們初步的短中長期發展目標，也歡迎更多共創者加入我們。
- 短期目標（6個月 - 1年）
（1）協助對web3有興趣的web2朋友，加入SpaceDAO Discord，與社區成員進行互動。透過不同的學習，增加新人在社群的歸屬感。
在SpaceDAO DC 建立 likecoin, NFT, Deca等的分區，方便解答關於web3的問題。
（2）挑選少數族群或者支持多元聲音的不同 Web3 組織以 AMA 合作的形式，互相增加 SpaceDAO社區以及對方群體的曝光，希望能借此建 SpaceDAO 與不同族群之間的橋樑，目標是能以每一至兩個月，可以達成一次合作。
在SpaceDAO DC 建立因應不同主題的分區，例如 LGBTQ+，營造一個開放的討論氛圍。
- 中期目標（2-3年）
（1）由短期目標中發展不同地點及多元的核心成員，人力上支援 SpaceDAO 長遠發展；
（2）尋找支持多元取向的資金，支援SpaceDAO的長遠發展；
（3）由SpaceDAO發展出不同的subDAO，發展出在市場不同的細水長流的獲利能力，在多元獲利能力下支持多元聲音
- 長期目標（5年）
多元的subDAO 脫離SpaceDAO，維持SpaceDAO 組織架構的靈活性。同時，回到短期目標，以繼續支援更多的少數族群。我們希望構建一個彼此支持的生態，共築一個web3式的“烏塗邦”。 | Space DAO Mission: Minority Matters | Diversity Counts
SpaceDAO is actively exploring to use web3 technology for the public, a social experiment in democratic art, and we hope to take on the mission speaking for and supporting minority groups, and to expand the cultural diversity in the blockchain world.
Over the past few months, SpaceDAO has been organising a series of community-based activities related to social issues, Caring for the Earth and other art explorations. In the process of talking to people these communities, we found that many of them are actively exploring and practicing, but at the same time, are struggling to find a suitable channel to attract more attention and acceptance. Or, the not-yet-famous artists who have great work and ideas, are struggling to promote themselves, get more attention and interest. Nowadays, it seems that the public tends to focus more on established artists, which makes it even harder to have a career breakthrough.
SpaceDAO is actively exploring to use web3 technology for the public, a social experiment in democratic art, and we hope to take on the mission speaking for and supporting minority groups, and to expand the cultural diversity in the blockchain world. The following are our preliminary “short, medium and long-term goals”, and we welcome more people to join us as co-founders.
- Short-term goals (6 months - 1 year)
(1) To assist web2 friends who are interested in web3 to join the SpaceDAO Discord and to interact with the community members. To increase the “sense of belonging” of the newcomers through different learning sessions.
Create several channels, such as likecoin, NFT, Deca, etc. in SpaceDAO DC to facilitate answering questions about web3.
(2) Collaborate with minority groups or different Web3 groups that support diverse voices in an AMA(ask me anything) session to increase exposure of both parties, in order to build bridges between SpaceDAO and different groups. The objective is to be able to have one collaboration every one to two months.
Create different channels for different topics in SpaceDAO DC, such as LGBTQ+, in order to bring a good atmosphere for open discussions.
- Medium-term goals (2-3 years)
(1) The core members developed during the above phase 1 “short term goals”, who are from different locations with diversified background, become the solid foundation to support the long-term development of SpaceDAO in terms of human capital.
(2) Look for multiple funding streams to support the long-term development of SpaceDAO.
(3) Incubate different subDAOs born from SpaceDAO, with the objective to be profitable in different market segments, in order to support the mission of SpaceDAO: “Diversity Counts”.
- Long-term goals (5 years)
Spinoff matured subDAOs from SpaceDAO to maintain a flexible SpaceDAO organisational structure. At the same time, return to the mission “Minority Matters” and continue to support more minority groups. We hope to build a mutually supportive ecosystem and a web3-style "utopia". |
